Microsoft Copilot Studio Knowledge Issue

When I upload files as a knowledge source for a custom copilot, it acts as if it accepted it then nothing happens, and the file is not in the knowledge pool. I get the error message "unable to add knowledge source".

N/B: This is within the tenant

Any idea how to go about this, please?
