Hi, I have created a MS Form to collect email addresses, and an example question would look something like this - Q1: Please leave the email addresses of the three people you'd like to nominate.

From this, I would like to build the following flow and was wondering if it was possible?

Upon submission of MS Form
Get response details for Q1
Automatically send three individual emails from a shared mailbox, to the three email addresses written in Q1

You've described the flow pretty well. Go ahead and build and post a screenshot if you have issues

As the MS Form collects all 3 email addresses in one question, Power Automate sends a collective email to these 3 addresses. Would it be possible to send 3 separate individual emails instead?

Yes - split the email addresses into single objects in an array and then send the emails within an apply to each (i.e. sending an email to each object in the array)
