Hello.

I'm using Power Automate trigger 'When keywords are mentioned' for a few flow.

And today morning(Oct 10th), the flow suddenly didn't work.

I mentioned the keyword on specific channel on teams but the flow didn't start.

So I check the flow, and it has problem needs to be fixed.

Error Details : Subscription Id(s) are not found. Please try updating the trigger and re-saving the flow to trigger new subscription creations

But I didn't change any subscription on teams and I'm qurious that I have 24 flows, which trigger is 'When Keywords are mentioned' and only 19 flows have that error even though all 24 flows have same trigger and same subscription.

Why the other 5 flows are normal? and how can I fix that error?

Also when I turn off the flow and turn on again, it just work.

I really have no idea about this case.

HI. My guess is the other 5 are actually impacted too, but it wasn't done in a way that made them give a message.

This can happen if subscriptions just refreshed (for the year) or if there was an update in the back end.

I would definitely restart them all. Most likely the error will go away and you'll never know 😞 exactly why the 5 didn't complain. But please restart them too

we also have the same problem which showing:

There are issues with Teams triggers and others right now.

I would open a ticket.

Working again, but now all tests I did started triggering :-)
