Hello community

I have a simple MS Forms which user’s login to fill the Form, I have with settings to get their record name. Their answers are kept in a simple SharePoint list.
The power automate is the one giving me problems Sometimes as you see below. It grabs the user profile fine but on the create item it shows “The specified user X could not be found” even though the inputs show the correct name of the user, the output is giving the status of 400 error.

To troubleshoot I check AZ and their user info shows active and correct. And I have manually input the info on sharepoint and it works fine which is what I’m doing for the ones erroring out.

Any other suggestions why this occurs sometimes or what to check in order to fix this issue?
Thanks in advance.

I would check to see if the users that are erroring out have ever logged into that SharePoint site. SharePoint creates a user record inside SharePoint when a user first accesses anything in a particular site collection.  Some activities require that user record. That may be causing the issue.

@Pstork1 I check on some because we have hundreds of entries and is a mix some have logged in to the sharepoint site before but others have not which makes this error more mysterious. Any other suggestions which you can think why is this happening random with some users?
