Fetch Content from Mail/subject and spilt to excel

Hello,

I receive notifications for approval for various changes/requests as per ITIL Standards.
I wish delegate change/requests to my subordinates for review.

Once they review, I can proceed for approval.

How I am planning to achieve is upon arrival of notification - I can split using the subjectline the Change/Request no. and add rows to a shared excel document. This is expected to be refreshed once mail arrive which I can share this excel to my subordinates.

Problem is I am unable to add the subjectline to variable and split to meaningful to that I can add to rows on the excel.

Subjectline format - Approval required for Request ID :<Request ID> : <Request Title> Technician:<Requestor>

Once I am able to add<request ID>, <Title>, <Technician> and place them as row in table of my excel - my delegates will be able to review.

Currently I am unable to split the subjectline of the mail notification. I am aware of placing the content to excel, but not spliting.

Appreciate if someone can guide.
