My current Power Automate flow, I have a Microsoft form that is filled out and once completed the data is sent to a SharePoint list and a email is sent to staff notifying them of new data entered into the SharePoint.
I need to add to this flow I need to have the filled Microsoft form monitored and if the return date or the Effective Date on the Microsoft form is updated, I need this data to be updated on the SharePoint List and another email sent with the updated changes.
I have to assume when you say a form is filled out, you are referring to Microsoft Forms, since you said you send the data to a SharePoint list. Currently there is no Microsoft Form trigger action for when someone updates a MS Forms response. Because of this, I would set the form so that once it has been submitted it cannot be edited. However, someone may have come up with a creative solution to this problem that I am not aware of.
