Hello all,

I wish to create a form with several fields and to connect that fields to the corresponding fields on a fillable PDF (in fact a Bill of Lading). Then with a button, the generated PDF can be e-mailed to the recipient.

Would that be possible? To connect the fields? It can also be some other template (DOCX, XLSX etc) and eventually the output can be a PDF file.
