Enable Sroll bar when on web page and navigation step while on mobile

Hello , is it possible to enable scroll when app is viewed on web page and display navigation step while on mobile device.

    Hi @P_SA :
    Do you want to add a scrolling screen to a canvas app in Power Apps?
    Do you want to create a navigation menu(nagivate to other screen)?(I am afraid that navigating to a location within the current page is not available)
    Firstly,creating a scrolling screen is very simple.
    The point is add an infinite scrolling canvas.

    Secondly,you can create a gallery as the navigation menu.
