I am not able to sign In Power Apps account. I am used Power Automate Premium Cloud account to open via Power Apps, its displayed Empty Screen. Kindly give me a solution to resolve this issue.

It says you are just logging in with a regular Microsoft account aka outlook/hotmail/etc
Use a private incognito browser (that you havent' logged into with another account yet) and use the correct account.
