hey guys,

i created a vacation proposal based on a sharepoint list.

If i hit the "send button" for vacation proposal, i let navigate to a site with message "Succesfully transfered". From there i can navigate to my startscreen.
If i now click again on my vacation proposal my forms formular with my sharepoint fields is not visible. There´s a message with "no items to display"

Any ideas?
