Hello,
I'm seeking to see if anyone has this issue that has appeared recently. I never had this issue before and all my M365 forms to Sharepoint was working well with the multichoice options sorted in Lists using Select data

It used to look like this:
Now when forms are submitted it is looking like this
Dont know what happened but all my forms with multichoice are broken and I cant figure out why. It happened like 2-3 weeks ago so anyone experiencing this too? Not a MS bug?

Hi all, please disregard the previous message, I found the issue, it was when we put the output, the other text needs to be wiped off so all good here
