Error: failed when retrieving metadata from SAP erp via Power Automate Gateway

Dear all,

since about two days we get the following error message when trying to connect to the SAP system via the RFC over the Power Automate Gateway:
Failed to execute Action: Invoke Lookup of function <SAP_function_name> metadata failed for destination <destination>

Error while creating the flow:
Error retrieving dynamic inputs. Error details: 'The gateway did not receive a response within the specified time period. Cannot fulfill the request to the remote server.'

We updated the Gateway to the newest Version, but that did not help.

Do you have any idea, on what the issue is?

Error: failed when retrieving metadata from SAP erp via Power Automate Gateway
The error suggests a timeout between Power Automate, the on-premises data gateway, and SAP via RFC. Possible causes: the gateway is offline, SAP function takes too long, network/firewall blocks traffic, outdated SAP .NET Connector, or incorrect SAP destination settings.
Check if the gateway is online, restart it, test SAP function in SE37, update SAP .NET Connector, verify firewall rules (port 443), and check logs (Event Viewer & C:\Users\PBIEgwService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\On-premises Data Gateway\).
