PowerApps and Flow needs to support document libraries as triggers (on change etc...) so we can have functional workflows.

    Hi Pturner,

     

    About creating Apps based on SharePoint Online files saved in Document libraries, it seems that it is currently not supported. You could submit an idea at PowerApps Ideas.

    About flows, we could save files in SharePoint Online Document Libraries, then create a flow by using the triggers “when a file is created” or “when a file is modified”, followed by the actions you need.
