Flow deleted without notice

Hi.
For the second time, i have a missing flow (that I did not delete) without warning
I checked this particular flow earlier today because I got a notification that it failed. The reason why it failed was because the approval was not done within 30 days.
When i went back int to re submit the flow, it was gone.
I can see the flow name still under approval sent, but cannot find the flow anywhere.
 
1. Where do i look for deleted flows?
2. How do i stop this "delition" from happening again?

    I suspect what you mean is that the flow run is missing from the history, not that the flow was deleted.  The problem is that a flow run only stays in the history for 28 days. Since the running flow timed out at 30 days I suspect the run in the history rolled off the 28 day history at the same time.
     
    Or are you saying the flow definition was deleted?
