In case you missed it, Power Virtual agents announced a new pricing promotion yesterday. Available on all channels (Enterprise Agreements, Cloud Solution Provider) and can be purchasing directly from the website soon. This offer is valid for new customers for the contract term.

Here are the details for the promotion:

Base package: $200 for 2000 sessions
Add on package: $100 for 1000 sessions

Is this promotion also for those that already have a subscription?
If not, that's a huge difference in price and Microsoft should make the same price for all subscribers.

Otherwise, this is totally bollocks.

Hi @Monkeyman here are the details of the offer Pricing Plans | Microsoft Power Virtual Agents:

You should be able to see the details of the offer when you go through the process to sign up.

Anyone who starts a subscription plan between April and September 2022 will be able to apply the discount for the duration of the subscription.

Can we have a link to the promotion please.
I will stop my actual subscription of £750 and will buy a new one of £200 as this promotion is not fair for the already subscribers.

Got your message.

Still, not fair for those that subscribed paying more than 3 times the promotional value.

If I unsubscribe from my £700 subscription and subscribe again on a £200 subscription, would I have access to the same features or the promotional subscription has a feature cap on the tool?
