Approver responses missing in Dynamic content

Hello All,

I am building a approval flow(Create an approval) which run on SP list items, based on user response I need to perform some actions but "Approver responses" & " "comments" is missing in Dynamic content. I also try to find with outcome.

How can I achieve this if response dynamic content is not available for "Create an approval"

Hello @godala_vamshi ,

Create an Approval just creates the Approval and moves on, it does not wait for the User to respond on the Approval and thus you cant see anything related to response in the Dynamic content.

You can either switch to Start and Wait for an Approval Action, which will create and wait for the responders to respond and will return all the parameters related to the Response object, Or you can add a Wait for an Approval action, pass the Id of the Create an Approval action which will also wait for the responders and give you Response parameters.

@NiloferA I have tried Start and Wait for an Approval Action, but that is sending approval request for only 1st item in the list and waiting for approval. But I want to send approval request for all items at once and wait for each ones response.

@NiloferA I am not sure that approach works, as it still have to wait for 1st response. isn't this should be easy of getting response from approval request we send? because it is allowing us to add Response options Items.

Hi @godala_vamshi ,

Do you want to send all approval requests for all SP list items at once?

You could activate the "concurrency control" in "apply to each" action. Then add "Start and wait for an approval" to "apply to each" to send approval requests for all items at once and wait for each item's response.

@v-JessicaG-msft Yes, I have tried this but it still only sends to 1st 50 records and waits until every one respond, but I want to send all 200 at once.
