Hello, I am trying to update the notes of a task in Microsoft Planner, through the responses of a created form.
I managed to update the notes, but the answers are coming together.
For example:
1) What is your name?
Bruno
2) How old are you?
29
3) What is your marital status?
Not married.
Notes created in Microsoft Planner:
Bruno29Not Married.
How do I separate responses by lines?
I tried to use ";" but without success.
