Sharepoint modified item trigger large list

Hello guys!


I'm trying to trigger a Flow on Item Modification on a List of 7.000 items. It fails with the message that list has too many items within it's view mode. The same error when filtering more than 5.000 items to display.

 

Is it possible to filter this list to show only the few last items to trigger this Flow?

    Hi Schneider,

     

    SharePoint has the 5000 items in a list limitation, and that is the reason why you cannot got it work in Flow. but modern lists are one of the steps along the way to lifting that query limitation. We don’t have a timeline to share yet, but it is actively being worked on.

    Thanks! I had to remove all item from this list (created to send mail via SendGrid with From, To, Subject, Body... columns) so when an item is modified/created it sends the e-mail then afterwards deletes the current item so no items can be found on the list, therefore no problems with 5k query limits.
