Hello,
I'm looking to streamline the process of handling phishing submissions at my company to save time. Currently, when a user reports an email as phishing, it is sent to a shared mailbox that is synced with Defender. Here's the current process:
1. We manually review phishing submissions through Defender.
2. In the 'Submissions' pane, we select 'Mark and notify' with the appropriate category (phishing, junk, or clean).
3. We then manually move the email from the shared mailbox to the corresponding folder (in the shared mailbox) based on the category.
I’d like to automate the final step: once an email is marked in Defender (e.g., as phishing), Power Automate should move the email automatically to the corresponding folder (Phishing, Junk, or Clean) in the shared mailbox.
Has anyone found a guide for setting this up? We haven’t integrated Power Automate with Defender yet.
I found this resource, but it’s not specific to my case:
