Hello,
I'd like to be able to get the average temperature for the next 3 days in the forecast in Seattle. Can anyone help with how to go about this?

First you need a weather webservice (HTTP or HTTPS) or some form of weather data to be stored some where in a database. If its via HTTP and got relevant permission then you can access via Flow HTTP action to get the weather data. The most important thing here is the source of the data. Flow doesn't have its own weather service to give this. As I mentioned earlier it can access the external HTTP service to get the data.
