Email only sent to one contact from Excel sheet

Hello,

I have setup a flow that checks data in a spreadsheet containing client names, dates for an email to be sent, and their email address. It then sends an email to the client if the email date matches today's date.

The flow is working fine except that when more than one client has the same date, it only sends an email to the first one on the list. I  have added screenshots of the relevant parts of the flow so hopefully someone can make sense of it and help me resolve this.

Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks,

Leo

    Hello @Anonymous

Here is my question to you, Are you picking the year? If yes, don't pick the year. Just the Month and Day should be fine.

Also, please be sure that all dates are in the same format as the expression you have in your flow.

You may also want to see how the expression is displaying the retrieved dates by using a Compose Card to get the output.

I hope this solve your problem. please don't forget to accept if it does.

    @Anonymous

You say "when more than one client has the same date" - is each client a separate row in Excel?

Have you taken a look at the output of the list rows action after a run with this issue to verify that the clients who are not receiving the email are contained in the output?

Are there any filters on the Get rows action?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

I am not picking the year as the format of the date in the flow is set to just month and day. This means that the formats in the flow are all the same so I am not sure if that is the issue.

    Thanks,

    Hello Scott,

    Thank you for your reply.

Yes each client has a separate row in the excel sheet. All the clients are showing in the list rows action because the condition of filtering out whether the review date is today comes after that.

There are no filters on the Get rows action.

    Thanks,

    Leo
