anyone can help me please on my gallery i have add button on the bottom of the gallery as you can see on the screen shot and i would when i scroll the gallery to disappear the add button and when stop scroll to reappear the plus sign.

There are currently no OnScroll events within Power Apps - you might try moving your + button to somewhere that's not directly on top of the gallery?
Otherwise you could suggest this a new feature here at the Power Apps Ideas Forum:
