Monitor the mailbox and Ready the email from outlook.
Open Employee mapping excel in the folder and read the excel with EMP EMAIL ID and respective BPHR mail ID.
Check the employee and BPHR common time slot and block the calendar.
If any response to the mail for rescheduling RPA should reschedule as per the time slot given.
Send the email from the common ID and send the meeting invite with the subject and email body.
