Hi all! Thanks for reading I appreciate you!

So, I am trying to make a very simple flow to send email remind 21 day before date found in Share Point list and on the send email action I receive this error. I tried re building the flow and re-establishing the connections to no avail.... Wondering if you wonderful people have any ideas??

Thanks!!

    The typical problem with this type of flow is that Date values normally include Date and Time. So doing an OData filter on them doesn't work if you use equals., because it will never be exactly equal due to the time.  As a result your Get Items returns no records so the email is never sent.

    @Keegancurrie

    As a follow-up to the comments made by @Pstork1 , you might check the SharePoint date column to see if is set to Date only rather than date and time.  You can do this in List settings - click on the column name to see how it is configured.  You want it be date only.

    Even if the column is marked as Date Only I'm not sure that applies when the server is doing an OData filter. It will be sent by the connector as date only, but I think on the server its still stored as a date at midnight UTC.

    Hi @Pstork1 , thanks for the reply! So, in that case what do you think I can do to proceed?

    Also, a bit confused because I have an almost exact copy of this flow that runs on 30 day interval and it works perfectly

    I remade the SharePoint list and it worked - idk what the issue was haha, but if anyone sees this in the future that's how I solved it.
