Power BI Alert failed to trigger an automate!

I added an alert for one component in my power BI dashboard and set it up to trigger an automation flow to send emails to relevant stakeholders. I have been running well for a couple of months. But recently, I was informed by our IT team to move my automation flows from the default environment to another. Then the flows are down. The error message is hard to read. Has anybody ever met the case before?

i solved it by changing the data type.

I'm having same problem. It appears to be related to alerts which haven't been triggered for 28 days. I have 5 alerts all working from the same report - the 3 that have been triggered over that time work fine, the 2 that haven't are getting the same error as detailed above. I expect these to mostly stay at zero so I'm interested how to set this up so it doesn't error with this being the case for an extended period.

@diegoalmeida - you mentioned changing data type fixed it - any details? Where did you do this and from what type to what type

I think I might've found the source of the error - the measure formula in PowerBI was using a text value for a result of zero (ie "0" in the formula). When I removed the "" that error text is no longer there in Flow Checker so I'm assuming it will be OK to remain on zero now

@whea1my apologies, i cant remember very well where ive been changed the datatype, but maybe it was the same as yours ("0" to 0)

Just tried to set up a new flow and figure out something new. I indeed got the error about the 28 days and the same message with "exceptionCulprit":1, but it was due to the fact that when i was configuring the alert, the card associated with it was "(empty)", ie with no value, and not 0. So i waited for the card to trigger to any number and it then worked.
Surprisingly enough, once the flow is properly configured, the card can get back to "(empty)", it doesn't trigger the error anymore.

    Hope this will help.

    Take care.

It does help understand it, thanks. Clearly it's sensitive to the format of the number in the alert - i think the error message is a bit confusing as it doesn't really point to that being the problem. That's interesting the error doesnt happen after it triggers properly. I think i was seeing the same thing, the only ones i was having problems with were ones that had never been triggered, even though it had same formula as ones that did. I'm not having any issues with this anymore so am confident it was the text "0" that was causing the problem
