Hi, I'm doing 2 approvers to approve a leave request. If the first approver does not respond, it will send a reminder email until he responds. Then, it is the second approver's turn to approve/reject the request. If the second approver does not respond, reminder email also will be sent until he responds. I managed to get the reminder emails to get sent to the first approver until the first approver responds then moving on to the second approver to approve/reject it. The reminder email only works once then it stops emailing the approver. Why does it happen and how to fix it? Can anyone please help me?
