Can you share more details with your issue?
Do you want to know that how to add rows to Power BI data set by PowerBI.AddRows function.
I have made a test on my side, and find something strange.
As the PowerBI connector document shown, there are four parameters in PowerBI.AddRows function, and the forth parameter is the payload to send. However, It can't be defined in PowerApps.
Do you face the same issue?

Hi @v-siky-msft,Yes I was trying to use it to see what more I can do in power apps.
But as you said this function is missing it's fourth parameter or just no way to send the data. Not sure if this is a bug or if there is a way to get this to work easily without using flow.
If you do get this to work or raise a ticket send it back on this thread.
