Date formats in Excel

When a Python output file is opened by the Launch Excel Action the dates are in American format MM dd yyyy
When the same file is opened manually the dates are in our regional format dd MM yyyy
How can we keep dates in our regional format when opened in a Flow?
We have checked both the Language options in Excel and Windows, they are correct
When we look at the column date format it says the *format is being used which is our regional
Help!

    Hey Hi,
     
    Double-check that both your system and Excel regional settings are set to the desired format. Sometimes, even if they appear correct, a restart might be necessary to apply changes.

    If the above method do not resolve the issue, you can create a macro script in Excel to format the dates correctly after the file is opened.

    Yes checked Excel and machine both checked for regional setting.
    the date format in both shows correctly, only when the worksheet is opened by the Flow does the date issue appear.
    I'll look at a Macro to change dates meantime
