Zendesk Connector - Test Conection Failed

Hello all,

I am trying to do some testing using the Zendesk connector, but I keep getting a "Test Connection Failed" error with no additional details. I log into Zendesk normally in the window that pops up, and in the connections it's shown as Connected.

I've looked into the settings in Zendesk itself, and the Login API has been enabled, as far as I can see. Also, in the API activity I can see successful requests from PA. There aren't any OAuth clients set up in Zendesk, I don't know enough about that to figure out if that might be causing my problem?

I have tried deleting the connection and creating it again from the Connections screen, but I got this error:

I've attached a number of screenshots below. Please let me know if any other information is needed, and thank you in advance.

I just realized my message is missing the error that we get in the Connections screen

Credentials are missing or not valid. inner exception: De autentiseringsuppgifter som har tillhandahållits för zendesk-källan är ogiltiga. (Källa på https://insicon.zendesk.com/.) clientRequestId: 1c95915d-5ab6-4ea6-a5fb-c9699e493e00

    Hi @MarkoLukac ,

The Error message seems to indicate that we need to update this connection because the credentials previously provided for this connection are no longer valid.

Please try to update or recreate the connection and see if similar issues still exist.

For reference, I did tests on my side and tested Zendesk-related actions, and they all worked fine.

    Best Regards,

Hi, thanks for the reply. We tried deleting the connection completely, and adding it again, through a clean browser (so it forced me to login to PA and Zendesk again), and the same thing happened.

I'm beginning to suspect that it might be something in the Zendesk settings, especially if this works for everyone else. Any other suggestions on what to try?
