Need help building a Power Automate flow for Oncall Rotation Schedules

Need help building a Power Automate flow for Oncall Rotation Schedules.

Oncall schedules for each person is listed in an excel file with names and date of starting oncall, weekly.

Please help building the flow

Read excel weekly

Get the person for that week and send an email indicated said person is starting oncall

Update a mailbox forwarding rule to forward emails to person who would now be monitoring the oncall mailbox for tickets

**Potentially also get the person phone number listed on the excel sheet and call a number to switch or forward calls to person starting oncall

    @dharinsukar

    You'll want to start with a recurrence trigger set to fire weekly.

    Then you will probably want to use an Excel Get Rows present in a table and include a Filter query to limit what you retrieve to only that row you want.

    You'll send the email using the Send an Email (V2) action.

    I am not aware of any "out of the box" method of updating an email forwarding rule via Flow.

    My suggestion is to give it a try with the information that I have provided.  If you experience issues, post a question in this forum along with a screen shot of your Flow.

    Hi @dharinsukar ,

    I suggest that you could share a screenshot of the Oncall Rotation Schedules in the excel table and share an example of the requirement so we could better understand you and provide the workaround.

    Best regards,
