Email not sending on date in SharePoint List

Hi, please help!
 
I have a lot of flows set up to run on dates within SharePoint lists.
 
These have worked well for years, but for the last couple of months, flow is not sending the emails, or recognising a fault with the flow.
 
From the screenshot below, you will see on 11 July, flow should have checked the dates in the Audit, Risk and Assurance Committee Forward Plan, which is a SharePoint list.  There is a filter query on the DraftAgendaAdminReminder column so it only retrieves dates in the list which match the current date.  You will see it should have retrieved an item in the list for 11 July, and subsequently sent and email but it has skipped this part.
 
I'm really baffled by this, these flows have worked this way for years.  Can anyone help?  Thanks in advance.
