how to convert a cutomized form to canvas app?

hello

I have a customized form of a sharepoint list and I've tried to convert this to canvas app.

I just uploaded this customized form as .zip package file and now I got this error.

Is it impossible to upload a customized form to a canvas app? 

Is there any ideas to solve this problem?

    Hi @gyunae ,

     

    Converting the app is not possible.

    But you could copy and paste (Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) the controls from the custom form to a standalone app.
