email attachments saved in OneDrive corrupted

I am rather new at Power Automate and have a problem that I cannot find a solution for.

I created a flow - based on a template - that should save an attachment in an incoming email in Outlook 365 to a OneDrive for Business folder. The flow works, but all files, no matter what type( .pdf, .doc, .xlsx ), are some way corrupted when they arrive in my OneDrive fB folder and cannot be opened. The size of the file that arrives in OneDrive fB is also reduced to 1 kB. The attachements in the original emails still have their original size and can be opened without any problem.

A decent enough explanation, however you didn't share your flow.. Its power automate, we need to see your flow.

my guess is you aren't actually passing in the content itself, but a different property, but I cannot tell as I cannot see anything.

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Hello Michael,

thanks for your reply and help. It made me decide to recreate my flow from scratch to be sure that all properties are set right. I don't know where it went wrong (I don't see any difference between both flows), but the new one seem te work as is should with all testmails that I sent. So for now I will have the correct flow active to see what happens with attachment to mails from other senders.

    regards,

    Job
