Argument 'ApplicationPath' Does Not Accept A Variable

Hi there! I am trying to make a new flow that opens an .exe if a certain application is already open. I have made it check for the location of the exe file and write that to a parameter. The issue I'm having is when it comes to opening the file, it spits back:

Argument 'ApplicationPath' must be 'File'
Correlation Id: 62108042-920b-4cfd-a15e-19bfa7943023

Despite the Variable "Files" being 'C:\Users\#####\Downloads\DexProtectRC2.0_BETA10'

I am facing this same issue on 2 different flows I am making for 2 different reasons. The first post I made here got no replies and since this is for a different flow, I thought I would post.
