@tucsondonpepe this can be done if you download Power Automate Desktop. Without Chrome running you just have 2 actions to open a new instance of Chrome and clear the cache, then close the browser (although you could omit this and just leave the browser open.
If you wanted to run this on a schedule you would need to have a flow in the online version of Power Automate that calls a desktop flow. But that's a premium connector.
Overall it's just as quick to clear it from the Settings menu.
