My company has Office 365 E3 license. If we were to purchase premium licensing for a user and I make an app with premium connectors, can people with the Office 365 E3 license use the app or will they also need premium licensing to use the app?
Hi @PowerAppsHelpCD , If the app has premium connector and the user who is going to consume that app will also require premium license.
Office 365 E3 license does not give the premium connector capability:

which will download pdf file for you and yon can get all pricing details. It s something $20 per user/month.

If you have an app using a Premium connector, then all users of the app require the upgraded licence.
If the Premium Connector is in a Flow connected to the app, there are some workarounds using the Power Apps V2 connector and the Run Only Users property of the Flow.
