We've found what appears to be a significant bug in PowerAutomate flows maintenance.
We had users reporting that schedule notifications and reports were not being generated or sent out. We reviewed the flows in question, and in the list view they all showed as being turned on.
However, when opening up the flow itself the flow was clearly turned off and were not running
We found after having to open hundreds of flows and verify each one, that over 20 had been turned off, but still showed as being on. This is a HUGE problem as we can't depend on the data presented as being accurate. Needs to be fixed and resolved!
