Power Automate - Send out ONE e-mail instead of more separated e-mails based on multiple choices selected on Sharepoint

Hi all! I have this issue with Power Automate that i am not sure how to fix. Basically everything is correct the notification emails goes out. But instead of sending one e-mail, users get more of them if they select more choices on the sharepoint app. I did use steps like When item is created ==> apply to each ==> "Cities" from sharepoint app (they can select multiple cities) ==> Send out email notification V2 and in body of the email are the cities users selected. When they selected 2 cities or more Power Automate sends out 2 e-mails or more for each City selected. I need to fix it to be only one e-mail, even if they select multiple choices. Any advices please? 😞

So, based on what you wrote above, I think your flow is doing this:

    • When item is created
      • For each city in cities
        • Do Something (I'll assume you are adding attachments just for color)
        • Send email (with %cities) in the e-mail
      • End For each

What you actually want to say is:

    • When item is created
      • For each city in cities
        • Add attachment for this city to %Attachements%
      • End For Each
      • Send Email (with %cities% in body and %Attachments% in Attachments

The difference is, I'm adding what I want to write in the body and what I want to attach as lists, and then putting the list variable into the e-mail.  The top flow is sending an email for each city.

    Hi @Sabrina123

I think you are looking for a Power Automate solution in a Power Automate Desktop forum.

You might want to post it there so that you can get the right help.
