Power Automate Desktop says I don't have premium, but I do in Cloud.

In power automate cloud, if I go to my licenses, it says I have the "Power Automate Per User Plan". To my understanding, this is the standard premium plan, as my company pays $15/month for me to use it. According to Microsoft's information, this plan should allow me to use the premium actions on Power automate desktop, correct? I don't need the unattended features; I just want to be able to manually use some of the SharePoint actions in the desktop version. I talked to my IT team about this, but they could not figure out why it wasn't working.

Verify that you are logged in to Power Automate on the Desktop with your Work or School account and not a Microsoft account.  Its common to be logged into the desktop with a Microsoft Account, but use a Work or School account for the Cloud. You can see who you are logged in as in the upper right corner of the desktop app.
Another potential reason is that you have an old form of the license. There used to be a per user license ($15) and a per user license with RPA ($40). The new $15 license that includes RPA is called Power Automate Premium, not per user. Your admins may have to cancel your old license and get the new one to get the RPA benefit.
