Create Case from Facebook post?

Hi all

I am trying to use Flow to create a Case in D365 based on a Facebook post on a Page

The standard API only creates records based on my own posts on my own wall

Ideally we shoudl only create cases when a customer posts on a corporate page

Does anyone have a working solution?

Thanks in advance

Best regards

Gunnar

Thanks for the quick response Alice / @v-alzhan-msft

I will be submitting a request for enhancements to the Facebook Connector

I'd think alot of customers would already have requested and submitted this request

    Any suggestions for a workaround?

    Best regards

    Hi @GunnarRun ,

The trigger when a new post created on a corporate page is not supported in microsoft flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Alice
