Create a Planner Task from Slack

Hi,

 

Is there anyway to achieve this? You can trigger task creation from Slack with:

When a file is created in Slack do X....

 

But I don't want to trigger tasks just by uploading files. I want to be able to create a task by using a slash command or similar...

    Agree! MS also need to add more basic triggers like "When a message is posted in a channel", or "When mention". I dont understand why "When a file is created" is the only trigger (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/slack/#triggers)...

    @v-litu-msftmy response above it NOT a solution! I am agreeing with OP about this issue and is only elaborating on the issue! Please update us with the current status for getting these triggers we want to Slack.
