filter list rows present in a table doesnt work

hi Team,
following flow component showing error. It doesnt filtering data.

my actual purpose to filter values selected in forms.

    You need to add single quotes like the picture above".

    Thanks Dezhi, its working. I have question that why eq doesnt work. I have column name PropName ( donest have any space) still wasnt working.
