Hello there! I am new here and I was trying to send an email reminder. Since it is a Planner event I have chosen being assigned a Task as the trigger and then I used a Condition, but I do not know hot to equal the due date to the date minus 7 days or minus 30 days.

Also, I don't know if it's possible to only send the email to the person who has been assigned the task and if so, how can I do it? In the option to send an email the recipients have to be written by hand.

Planner "get a task" step should give you the task details including the due date

Hi @pampel ,
If you want to send notifications befoe 7 and 30 days of your due date, then you need a condition to compare today's date with your dueDate-7 and dueDate-30

formatDateTime(addDays(<youDueDate>,-7),'MM/dd/yyyy') eq
formatDateTime(utcNow(),'MM/dd/yyyy')
