Hello I need to send an email with options to an outside user (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) and need to create a response text box option when rejected. I ma new and have the flow set up to send email with options have accept or reject. Have the HTML code set up to send all my data but tried to add textbox html no luck? Any help I am new and unsure how to get a reason as to why the offer was rejected.

Hi,

Your post is quite old but are you using Cloud flow or Desktop flow?

Hi,

You can't see the textbox on Outlook desktop, you can only see it on the Outlook on browser. This is a limitation of the Outlook. Please consider when using it.
