Any recommanded tutorial of learn use expression?

I want to learn how to take value from excel and check whether the value meet my condition.

value must be equal 9 character.

value must start from 'ABCD' with capital letter

5th character must be capital letter

and remain value must be number integer.

I use the below guide every day and I would advise reading trhough every function (if you have time) then using "ctrl + f" to look for "if(" "concat(" "substring(" etc then applying the syntaxt to suit.

I think on this one, I wont offer a solution (just yet) to what you ask as I see you are keen to learn so what I'd ask is that you go and give it a go and if and when you get stuck, please post back with some images of your Flow and either I or another from the community will assist.
