PowerApps integration with Visual Studio Team Services - my findings

I've een working on creating a PowerApps that lets users witin Microsoft Teams control the projct in VSTS:

I got hold of some of the documentation here:

The documentation isn't complete. It would be great if I could update the documentation ( also see my blog post above)

Other findings:

1. Various URLs returned by the API are incorrect

The listAccounts is returning an Account Uri of https://account.vssps.visualstudio.com:443/ should this be something like this: https://account.visualstudio.com

and

Also ListReleaseDefinitions returns a Url that looks like this: https://account.vsrm.visualstudio.com/c33b7e43-df06-47a2-8acf-9267ce23b579/_apis/Release/definitions/1 … this should be something like: https://account.visualstudio.com/c33b7e43-df06-47a2-8acf-9267ce23b579/_release?definitionId=1&_a=releases …

2. External access

Once logged into PowerApps the integration will use that account to connect to VSTS. In many situations companies use Microsoft Accounts with VSTS. It is now not possible to use these microsoft accounts within PowerApps to connect to VSTS

When I connect to my Visual Studio Team Services I see "No Data" in the data connection. I am able to see data in four projects in Visual Studio Team Services so I'm no sure what's going on.

Can you give an explanation EXACTLY what rights are required in Visual Studio Team Services to see some kind of data, at least the list of projects you have rights to, in order to see data with the VIsual Studio Steam Services connector in PowerApps.
