Problem saving flow "The power flow's logic app flow template was invalid."

The complete message is this "The power flow's logic app flow template was invalid. The number of template action limit exceeded: maximum '500 and actual '501'". 
 
I deleted the last action and I was able to save it, but I need some information on what this means and is there a way around this. My flow is a little complicated. It has 6 parallel branches but I wouldn't have thought it was beyond any limit. Just let me know if there is a way around this.

    The documentation recommends breaking up some of your actions into child flows (can only be done with solution-based flows.)
