Need body of email message from shared outlook 365 mailbox to correctly convert to pdf

When I use trigger "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)", I can export and convert body to html successfully.  However, when I export and convert to pdf, if a message is forwarded, it overwrites the top of the message and leaves out any images and formatting.

When I use trigger "When a new email arrives (V3)", the pdf conversion works correctly.

Does anyone know how I can get an export of the body of a shared mailbox to a pdf format?

Attached is what I get for pdf for V2

HTML works perfectly for V2 as well as HTML or PDF for V3

Please help provide any advice on fixing this.

Why not just send that email received in the shared mailbox over to your personal and use the V3 for the meantime?

    Thanks for the reply.

It's a group account collecting customer questions and concerns that we load into a database.  There are 25-50 a day emails that need to be tracked and worked on. The replies to these emails also are grouped in the database (by conversation id) so that they can be effectively managed, worked, and closed.
