We are looking for a Flow solution to check a calendar in Exchange (M365) and than send an email to a recipient.
To be more specific, in a Healtcare situation where the doctor plans a consult with a patient.
We need the Flow to check the doctors calendar and send an email to the patient or to an sms gateway.
There doesn't seem to be a solution as standard in Exchange Online(M365) with the use of outlook.
Anyone tried this before? I could not find a similar situation listed on the Forums or anywhere for that matter?
Any help would be appreciated.

In your Power Automate (Flow) portal, do you have triggers for "When an event is added, updated or deleted" or similar?
Is the doctor going to register a consultation in his/her calendar? Will the consultation entry contain the patients email address?
Please be clear on which steps are to be done by the doctor and which by the flow.
