Is there a way to prevent the keyboard from opening on a tablet/mobile device?

The last column for one gallery row is configured as input text control. This input text control is actually used as a drill down, to open the linked screen.

Users have reported that clicking this control opens the keyboard on the device. I have tried to set VirtualKeyboardMode to disabled, but keyboard still opens. Is there some workaround which will prevent opening keyboard in this case but the user would still be able to click on this space to navigate to another screen?

Do you need to be using a Text Input control for this? Can you not use a button?

The user do not need to update value of this field, it is used only for drilling down purposes. I could try to use button. Currently, other columns for the gallery record are just label controls and the last one is text input control.

Best to use a Label or button control for this purpose. These controls will not show the keyboard when clicked on.
